Mr. Ali Ebbud, the head of the Quranic Teaching Division mentioned that the Babylon is the first province in terms of Quranic cooperation with the Imam Hussein holy shrine. He also mentioned that there are 16 courses had been conducted where 300 students fron different provinces of Iraq.
