The Husseini Procession Association in the Imam El-Kadhim holy shrine stated that 300 processions from inside and outside of Iraq participated to commemorate the sorrowful commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam El-Kadhim (peace be upon him).
Transportation plan has been laid to facilitate the process of the pilgrimage for the pilgrims. The Imam Hussein and El-Abbas holy shrine have designated vehicles in order to transport pilgrims from Kerbala Province to Baghdad.
It's been mentioned that El-Kadhimya city witnesses a great flock of people recently arriving to perform pilgrimage to Imam El-Kadhim (peace be upon him).
