Stages of achievement have been completed with the expansion project to the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine in which it reached approximately 96%.
The gates of the Holy Shrine are also being expanded in order to grant the pilgrims more space to go in and out of the Holy Shrine.
The project is being supervised by Iraqi architects, and the period of time determined to completely finish the project is in 2015.
