The head of the Investment and Strategic Projects Department Mr. Munaf Fu'ad, said that the Imam Husain Holy Shrine always strives to ensure accommodation to the poor families by building residential complexes in different places.
He mentioned that a residential complex was built in Kerbala Province, located on Babylon-Kerbala road. The complex covers 150 acres, consists of 1000 houses in addition to all the service requirements such as clinics, schools, supermarkets, and a mosque.
The cost of the whole project is approximately 60 million dollars.
