Ashura Rituals Internationally Held

Muslims are keen on commemorating the rituals of Ashura month, "The anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him)" all over the world. There are many European cities adopted such rituals as an annual ceremonies they usually hold. Some of the those countries where Muslims offer such rituals are: United States of America, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Holland, Filinda, …..etc Within such rituals, black pieces of cloths are hung expressing sorrow over the tragedy of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Hهm), in addition to delivering noble lessons on ethics, helping others, being honest with others, ….etc By: Adnan Abu Zaid Translated by: Mohammed Jasim
