Crowd of People Offering Eid Prayer  

On the joyful occasion of the Lesser Bairam (Eid), the holy city of Kerbala has witnessed thousands of people who gathered at the Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines in order to offer the Eid prayer.

Based on authentic narrations, Imam Es-Sadiq (Peace Be Upon Him) says, “He who offers salutation to Imam Hussein (Peace Be upon Him) at his holy shrine on three nights: the fourteenth night of Sha’ban month, the twenty second night of Ramadhan month, and the thirtieth night of Ramadhan; the Almighty Allah will forgive all of their sins”.
