The Quran reciter of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine Mr. Ja'fer Esh-Shemi, has been granted the International License for teaching Quran Memorizing Techniques.
In a press report, Esh-Shami, mentioned that the Secretary-General of the General League for the Noble Quran and Quran reciters in the Republic of Egypt Dr. Faraju-llah Mehmood Esh-Shathili, had granted him the license after a prior comprehensive exam, as well as a license for mastering recitation given to him by the Quran reciter of the Ahmedi Mesji (Mosque) and the Egyptian TV His eminence Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Besueny.
